3.2 Account Creation

When creating an Account on the rt77 Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number.
• Maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure accuracy.
• Create a strong password and keep your login credentials confidential at all times.
• Not share your Account with any other person or allow anyone else to access your Account.
• Register only one Account per person. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of balances.

You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your Account. rt77 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 Prohibited Persons

The following categories of persons are prohibited from creating an Account or using the Platform:

• Persons under 21 years of age.
• Persons residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Employees, contractors, or agents of rt77 or its affiliated companies, or their immediate family members.
• Persons who have previously been excluded or banned from the Platform.

4. Account Verification (KYC)

5.2 Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. To request a withdrawal:

6. Betting Rules and Conduct

6.1 General Betting Rules

When placing bets on the rt77 Platform, you agree to the following:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after placement unless expressly permitted by the specific game rules.
• Bets are accepted only if your Account Balance is sufficient to cover the stake amount.
• rt77 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of technical error, obvious pricing error, or system malfunction.
• In the event of a dispute regarding bet outcomes, rt77's decision is final and binding.

6.2 Sports Betting

rt77's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited into your Account in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• Informal Resolution: You agree to first contact rt77 customer support to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
• Mediation: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may request mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator.
• Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with Indonesian arbitration rules.

By agreeing to these Terms, you waive your right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

13. Account Closure and Suspension

rt77 reserves the right to suspend or close your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes.
• Non-payment of fees or debts owed to rt77.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, any remaining Balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to you after deduction of any applicable fees or amounts owed to rt77. Bonus funds and pending bets may be forfeited.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Your request will be processed within 48 hours, and any remaining Balance will be returned via your registered payment method after verification.

14. Data Protection and Privacy
